The two are mutually exclusive. The JDM clockspring has 3 wires for the audio controls (and one for the horn) as opposed to the USDM one that has two wires for the cruise control (and one for the horn). The only way you could combine CC and audio would be to give up the phone controls and the mode button, which would free up one wire for cruise.
