Last, I want to share the Christmas tree in my daughter's room.  Last year, we put this in the basement.  And yes, I have two daughters and only put a tree in one room.  Why you ask?  The reality is at this point and time, my youngest daughter sleeps in her sister's room every night, so this seemed like the perfect year to do this and they have really enjoyed it.
It s all so pretty Laura! I bought those same houses at TJ Maxx last year. I display them on my porch. And I have a collection of blue dishes. I especially love to use them for Thanksgiving, love the blue with the fall colors. I really love the blue mason jars in your kitchen window, I think I book marked that from last year. All of it is just so pretty!
What a beautiful tree and a lovely, los angeles cathedral inviting home! Your basement looks cozy as well, and I m totally coveting your fire and fireplace right at this moment as we don t have one (but it s on our someday list) and my hands are freezing! What part of the Michaels did you find the green felt ribbon ? Is it self-stick? Did you make the table in your basement that say Springfield New York ? What a neat Nativity tradition.
