The Observer-Reporter newspaper said Cecil Township has OK'd a plan to build a Holiday Inn Express on a three-acre lot at Southpointe Town Center on Horizon Vue Drive. This 90-room hotel will be the third at Southpointe, following the Hilton Homewood Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn.
