On April 28, 1988 Aloha Airlines Flight 243 suffered a devastating structural failure that killed one person and injured 65 others. A piece of the plane ripped off (explosive decompression) during one part of the flight that basically power cruising school sucked out a flight attendant into thin air and put the whole plane and all its passengers power cruising school in serious danger. Luckily the pilot s managed to land the flight safely, although many ended up injured from the rapid pressure loss and violent turbulence mid-air.

Think of your life as an aircraft. The effect of this concept has begun to work wonders in my life. When you close your past you create a clean slate and empty canvas to create the future. You restore integrity to your plane (i.e. life) and are able to travel to new destinations (i.e. open up new opportunities). Then when you live with integrity, you begin to actually create things in reality rather than just having incredible thoughts you honour your word, and when you do what you say, your thoughts become reality. I have brought a whole new level of integrity to my life and for the first time in my life, I feel happy with everything I have in this moment and understand the power my word has to shape the world I want to live in.
