Hi, thinking to visit York with my family for a day or two, looking for a budget place, Travelodge seems to satisfy that, but not sure which one is better, we just want to have a peaceful night, that s all!
Here are two reviews for both Travelodges, Micklegate barge cruises in france seems to come out slightly better than York Central. Micklegate has a cafe/restaurant and wifi access which seems to suggest that it is one of the more modern ones so personally I d probably go for that. They are both in the centre of York so not much difference on noise I would think.
Another option is Premier Inn, if you can get the offers they are often just as cheap or even cheaper than Travelodge. I recently stayed in a Premier Inn after years of staying in Travelodges and have to say I m now converted. They are clean, modern and have more facilities than the Travelodges which are looking worn and dated. Premier Inn have some £39 rooms in York in September.
Its not the best hotel out in I Dr but overall a good quality hotel. barge cruises in france It has free shuttles to the parks and a very convenient location on International Dr which is tourist central. You will find a lot to do walking distance around your hotel. Simple style rooms.
I ve often stayed at Travelodge barge cruises in france Basic clean motel accommodation, mostly located at service stations, for instance on motorways Very good value for money, especially if you find one of their special offers at £15 a night They charge by the room, which can accommodate barge cruises in france up to 2 adults and 2 children
Little Chef s are restaurants located on the same site Overpriced food which I personally find unappetising and very greasy Jump in your car and drive into the nearest town and find yourself a proper restaurant.
