Headed to Pittsburgh with a group of friends for a weekend next month and trying to decide what area to stay near? It would be fun to walk to shopping and restaurants/bars? Strip District, South Side? Any hotel suggestions in those areas? extended stay hotels in quebec city Thank you! Best area to stay in downtown Pittsburgh?
Glad you%26#39;re coming to Pittsburgh! You might want to look at the Holiday extended stay hotels in quebec city Inn Express on the South Side. You%26#39;re extended stay hotels in quebec city just steps from Carson Street, which is block after block after block of restaurants and bars, with a few shops thrown in. Around 27th Street is the South Side Works, which has newer chain stores and restaurants and is worth a visit. I believe it also has a shuttle that will take you within a certain radius.
Another possibility extended stay hotels in quebec city is the new Hampton Inn in the Strip District. The Strip is an old outdoor market with some funky stores that is fun to visit on Saturdays. It used to have quite a bit of nightlife, though to be honest I don%26#39;t know what it%26#39;s like these days. You could also walk from the Hampton to Macy%26#39;s and Saks downtown, if that interests you.
The downtown area has some nice hotels and a few interesting bars but is really best to stay in if you%26#39;re going to the theatre, symphony, etc., or a sporting event. Let me know if you need anything more specific. Best area to stay in downtown Pittsburgh?
I%26#39;d have to second all the suggestions - the Holiday Inn Express extended stay hotels in quebec city on the South Side is is a great location extended stay hotels in quebec city and I think they have a free shuttle. The Sheraton St. Square extended stay hotels in quebec city has nice rooms, and is convenient for the South Side as well, in fact that%26#39;s where we stayed for a New Years. I remember taking their shuttle to the first bar and then just hopping by foot to the rest of the places. At the end of the night we just walked back.
My favorite hotel, and building, in town has to be the Renaissance. I%26#39;ve stayed there twice and haven%26#39;t been disappointed. The best stay was in a room where there was a real deal window in the bathroom looking into the grand arch.
The Renaissance is a really good choice - good location, great old building, beautiful lobby, etc. The Priory is a very fine B%26amp;B. IMO these are better choices than the Holiday Inn Express, BUT if you are coming to party, the South Side is probably the right place to stay. The Hampton in the Strip looks like a great place to stay, but nightlife choices may be a bit slimmer in that area. All dpends on what you%26#39;re extended stay hotels in quebec city planning to do while you%26#39;re here.
