A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a full-time Housekeeping Manager at the Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to achieving excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the rooms and public areas of this 4 star Hotel. This is a hands on role overseeing all aspects of the day to day housekeeping requirements of the Hotel. You will be responsible for motivating your team, communicating with all departments and managing the housekeeping operation ensuring all standards are met with a keen attention to detail. You will also be responsible for recruitment, departmental budgets, wage control, training, sales, rostering, managing holidays, departmental communication, appraisals, department health safety last minute travel deal mexico last minute travel mexico and duty management.
The ideal Housekeeping Manager will have housekeeping experience from a quality hospitality environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be a hands on Head of Department with an excellent focus on attention to detail.
