Patty and Bun completes ‘golden triangle’ of West End burger joints Gourmet Burger Kitchen ramps up
with branded hotel operator Longrose Buccleuch, will rebrand the 57-bedroom Woodcroft Hotel as Legacy Inn, Bournemouth while the 34-bedroom Orchid Hotel, which is situated on the same road, will become The Legacy Orchid.
Both hotels will be managed by Tim Payne, a hotelier with more than 20 years' experience working in Bournemouth. Payne worked at the city's Heathlands Hotel, East Cliff and Hotel Royale before moving to Elmers Court in Lymington seven years ago.
