The Hotel Monteleone, a luxury French Quarter property and Preferred Hotel, seeks a Reservations Agent. Job responsibilities include answering the phone, inputting reservation information into Opera PMS, assisting guests as necessary with problems or inquiries and being knowledgeable about the hotel regarding room types, amenitites, outlets, special events, etc. Excellent communication skills are a must and previous hospitality experience is required. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work holidays and weekends.
